Application Scheme of RFID Technology in Intelligent Management of Tea Companies

1： Tea Garden and Initial Processing Traceability

Raw material batch management: issue an RFID batch card for each batch of fresh leaves picked. Record picking tea gardens, plots, tea farmers, picking dates, varieties, and other information through handheld devices, and bind them with the batch card.

Primary processing data association: At key process points such as withering, withering, rolling, fermentation, and drying, the reader/writer records information such as operation time, responsible person, process parameters (such as temperature and humidity), and associates it with the fresh leaf batch card.

Storage: When the processed tea is stored, the batch card information is transferred to the box or pallet labels in the warehouse.

2： Precision machining and anti-counterfeiting packaging

Production line association: On the refining (such as screening, blending, roasting) and packaging lines, associate batches of raw tea with the final finished product packaging.

Single item/gift box: In the packaging process, a unique RFID tag is affixed or implanted for each minimum sales unit (such as one can, one cake, one gift box). This tag code will become the product's lifelong 'digital ID card'.

Data writing: The system automatically writes tea garden information, processing records, production dates, batch numbers, quality inspection reports, etc. into the database and binds them with the EPC code of the item label.

3： Intelligent warehousing and logistics

Quick storage: Finished boxes/pallets pass through the warehouse entrance, and fixed readers instantly read all label information to complete storage registration, increasing efficiency by dozens of times.

Accurate inventory: The warehouse keeper shuttles between the shelves with a handheld device, and can quickly complete the entire inventory without opening the box, with an accuracy rate close to 100%.

Efficient outbound and anti smuggling measures:

When out of stock, the system automatically records which products were sent to which dealer (A dealer or B dealer).

By setting up a reader/writer in the shipping area, it automatically checks the outbound order and physical information to prevent sending the wrong goods.

Provide a data foundation for preventing channel smuggling in the future.

4： Channel management and market anti smuggling measures

Inspection: Market inspectors hold handheld devices to terminal stores, scan product labels, and immediately query the official authorized sales area of the product in the system. If products from city A are found in city B, the system will immediately sound an alarm and display the source of the counterfeit goods, providing iron evidence for management.
