Rfid PVC blank card application
Access control System, Patrol system, Attendance system, Business management system, and etc. It can be customized to produce individualized business card, medical care card, member card, and etc.

For Blank cards
There is no any printing content on the blank card. Many customer order large quantity blank card.
They print the blank cards by their printer that can save a lot of cost.
Generally laminated coated overlay should be added on blank card, and then it is printable by customer.

White Blank without printing
Available crafts:
1: Glossy, matt, frosted laminated/finished
2: Magnetic strip

Optional magnetic stripe;
1_ Low-coercivity (loco) at 300 Oe or 600 Oe;
2_ High-coercivity (hico) at 2750 Oe or 4000 Oe.
Loco is mainly used for membership card, loyalty card, points card, etc;
while hico is mainly used for bank card, access control card, hotel key card and some other cards which requires a higher security and complexity.

Basically, there are 2 widths for magnetic stripe;
1_ 8mm (2-track)
2_ 12.7mm (3-track)
3: Signature panel and scratch panel
4: Barcode in different types(39/EAN 13/EAN 128...)
5: Hotstamping gold/silver color
6: Personalization:Numbers or texts in thermal/inkjet /embossed/laser engraved/UV printing , Offset printing CMYK full color printing, Silk printing Panton Color value, digital printing, thermal printing, laser printing and ink-jet printing.

- Offset CYMK 4 colours
This is the most common method used in commercial printing. The CMYK refers to the four inks used in the printing process: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Key (Black)

- Screen Printing
This method is used when the artworks only have limited colours and the accuracy is important.
