JCOP Card J3R150 developed by NXP is an implementation of the Java Card 3.0.5 classic edition and Global Platform ID Configuration v1.0, Global Platform Common Implementation Configuration 2.0.

It has up to 132K EEPROM available for user (Total EEPROM: 145K, OS has occupied some memory) and supports dual interface.

The J3H145 card comes with fast contactless communication and up-to-date cryptography standards.
